Bottom tier is a two layer combination of chocolate cheesecake (bottom) and vanilla maple cheesecake sprinkled with gooey cookie crumbles (top). The middle tier is a two layer classic combination of cooling peppermint and rich chocolate, with a smooth, creamy texture. The top tier is a vibrant blackcurrant and kaffir lime combination and it has a pronounced dark berry flavor, grape-like, which pairs beautifully with maple syrup.
The cake is fully naked so all the colours can stand out. It is decorated with an assortment of fresh flowers in a vibrant orange purple theme. Flowers include native blooms.
