Each tier is a two layer combination of chocolate cheesecake (bottom) and vanilla maple cheesecake sprinkled with gooey cookie crumbles (top). The cake is light, yet chocolaty and it has a creamy, soft texture.

The cake is fully frosted in white chocolate cream and is decorated with an assortment of fresh flowers in a blush theme. Flowers include native blooms.

This cake is rich and sweet and serves 80+.

Please note that each cake is handmade and uniquely decorated, and that flowers might change with seasonal availability.
