The top layer is a classic combination of chocolate mousse and chocolate cheesecake, with undertones of vanilla and maple. The cake is light, yet chocolaty and indulgent, and it has a creamy, soft texture.
The cake is fully frosted in white chocolate cream and is decorated with an assortment of fresh flowers in a blush and purple theme. Flowers include native blooms.
