Securing a stash of our life-changing cookies, delivered directly to your door anywhere in Australia, every month, is as easy as ..um…. pie. Except it’s cookies. It’s easy as eating cookies straight from the box.
Step 1: Subscribe
Your first payment will be deducted when you sign up and then regularly, depending on your chosen subscription model. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

No problems, enter any special messages in the ‘Notes’ section of your Cart and the recipient’s delivery details in the ‘Shipping’ information at Checkout.
Step 2: Receive
Boxes will be shipped on the 1st week of the month, directly following your payment. Once the boxes are shipped we’ll send you the tracking details and you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days for any metro areas.
Step 3: Eat and Share
Celebrate the arrival of your cookie stash each month. Savour it, devour it, share it (or keep it to yourself), Instagram it, TikTok it.

2. The Cookie Jar aka Service Description
Our Cookie Subscription is an exclusively online cookie subscription service.
We bake fresh to order. Unless otherwise agreed and paid for in advance, Cookie Boxes are not available for pick up from our factory in O’Connor on a walk-in basis.
3. Cross Country Cookies aka Shipping
Cookie Boxes purchased from Chris’ Kitchen will be delivered either by us in Perth metro or via Australia Post to any other address in Australia. Delivery addresses cannot be altered once an Order has been processed.
Chris’ Kitchen takes any reasonable steps through its packaging and its liaisons with its delivery services to ensure that your Cookie Box is safe for transportation and arrives to you safely. While we do our best to ensure the safest packaging for our precious cookies, in the absence of being able to teleport the Cookie Boxes on very soft organic velvet pillow cases filled with fluffy cotton candy clouds, we do acknowledge that one or two broken cookies in a box might be inevitable and cannot form the basis of a refund request.
Ownership of the parcels turned over to Australia Post or a third party engaged by Chris’Kitchen transfers to the buyer. Chris’ Kitchen will not be responsible for any loss, or damage to packages. We will not be responsible for any error in the supply of incorrect shipping information, or delivery errors through Australia Post.
Orders will be processed on the first week of every month, according to your subscription model. Once your order has been processed, you will be provided with a tracking number for Australia Post or our chosen Courier/Delivery Service. Should you have any questions related to your delivery, please contact the delivery company indicated on your shipping notification with your tracking number.
The estimated delivery time-frame will range between 3-5 days for metro areas and longer for regional areas. Please note however, this is an indication only. At certain times of the year, timeframes can be longer.
To ensure the safe delivery of your cookies, we recommend that someone is available to receive your order.
In circumstances where no one is present to receive the delivery, Australia Post or the delivery company may return your order to the nearest post office, or depot for collection, causing a potential delay in your delivery.
If owing to a storm or poor weather, and Chris’ Kitchen, or its associated couriers do not feel it to be safe or viable to leave a product(s) at a Client’s home unattended, we reserve the right to delay delivery until a time can be arranged to re-deliver the delivery.
If a parcel or delivery is delivered, and is damaged owing to bad weather or storm, Chris’ Kitchen may in some instances (as assessed on a case by case basis) offer a replacement.
4. The Sad Cookie aka Cancellations and Refunds
All Cookie Boxes sold from Chris’ Kitchen online store are final, and are sold on a no return or credit basis, once an order has been completed and payment has been processed. Pursuant to relevant Australian Consumer Law, where a product has been listed at an incorrect price, incorrect description or image due to typographical error or similar oversight, Chris’ Kitchen reserves the right to cancel and/or amend a transaction. Where payment has already been processed, an immediate refund (exclusive of any postage and handling costs) will be issued. Where a Cookie Box ordered and received arrives in a very damaged state, and it was a fault from Chris’ Kitchen, a replacement or refund will be offered.
Unfortunately, as with most perishable food products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Any requests for cancellations or refunds not specified above will be at the sole discretion of Chris’ Kitchen, and will be assessed on a case by case basis. Such refunds will be exclusive of any postage and handling costs.
5. One Hand in the Cookie Jar aka Liability
Chris’ Kitchen accepts no liability for any loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered to you or your representative. We will not be held liable for any financial or physical damages of any kind.
Chris’ Kitchen shall not be held liable by you or anyone for any delays, errors, any loss, damage or cost, including, without limitation, any direct, indirect, special, purely economy, consequential or punitive damages or any legal costs arising out of, or in connection:
- The use of Chris’ Kitchen;
- The use of information provided by you through Chris’ Kitchen and or its platforms; or
- You or anyone else being unable to access Chris’ Kitchen for any reason; or
- You indemnify Chris’ Kitchen against any action, liability, claim, loss, damage, proceeding or expense (including legal costs) suffered or incurred by Chris’ Kitchen, arising out of, or in connection with your breach or non-observance of any term of these Terms and Conditions.
Products sold through Chris’ Kitchen will outline allergen statements as well as contain a detailed listing of all ingredients used for each product.
Chris’ Kitchen will not be held liable to you or anyone for omitting to read and fully acknowledge the detailed ingredients list specified for each of the product(s) purchased. It is presumed that purchases of products are done so, after understanding and acknowledging the allergens listed on the online store.
Products sold through Chris’ Kitchen will include a clearly marked best before date. This date applies on the condition that the products are correctly stored, in accordance with the storage instructions.
Chris’ Kitchen will not be held liable to you or anyone for products that are consumed beyond the best before date or that have not been correctly stored.
6. The Crossed Cookie aka Disputes and Mediation
If you are unhappy with your Cookie Box purchase or if there are any complaints about the delivery service, please contact us directly through email@example.com.
Mediation will be the first cause of action, if communications between you and Chris’ Kitchen to attempt to resolve the dispute has exhausted.
All legal/mediation/arbitration fees associated with a dispute raised by you will be at your expense (in full), unless otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Laws, in which case the latter will apply.
