Bliss balls sometimes referred to as energy balls or protein balls, are a versatile little snack that can be made in so many ways.
Our bliss balls are made with nutritious ingredients such as:
- A variety of nuts (such as almonds, cashews, pecans) and seeds (such as sunflower seeds or linseed),
- Dried fruits to sweeten
- Extra flavours & spices like matcha powder, cacao powder, turmeric, spirulina and cinnamon.
They are an excellent bite-sized snack or sweet treat.
Bliss balls are packed with nutritional benefits. The nuts and seeds provide us with heart-healthy fats & nutrients, protein and fibre. Fibre and protein help us feel fuller for longer and promote good gut health, helping our tummies work best. The dried fruits also provide us with fibre as well as with carbohydrates which we need for energy to fuel our bodies and our brains.
