I ordered their gluten and dairy free Blackcurrant Makrut Lime Cake, and was very happy with the taste, texture, colour and the real edible flower decoration! It came out exactly as advertised. I asked for Chris to increase the cake size and he was very obliging! My guests complimented on the cake and some asked from where I got it from! The price was worth every penny you spent because you will not be disappointed! So go for it! 🥳😋💃

Chris makes beautifully presented cupcakes which are absolutely delicious. The banana vanilla cupcakes were lovely and moist and such a great combo with the toffee buttercream icing. The only thing I would flag is that the standard cupcake mix is made on a base of buckwheat and almond meal. I didn't see this on the website and hadn't considered the possibility with reference to someone in my team having a nut allergy. It was my mistake though worth noting for anyone catering to a nut allergy. Chris later explained she is more than happy to bake nut free and take additional cross contamination measures if flagged at the time of booking. Chris was lovely to deal with. Thanks again Chris, we really enjoyed the cupcakes!

OMGosh. I was searching for a gluten free cake but nothing over the top in design and cost for my son's 40th Birthday, to cater for the GF guests.Never have we tasted a gluten free, vegan etc cake like the chocolate hazelnut one that was so delicious and commented upon by the guests.Thank you Chris for all your help and patience.Sorry unable to post a pic of the cake due to all the confusion, did not take a close up pic on the night.

We are very grateful to have such a beautiful cake for my daughter’s 2nd birthday. She’s allergic to so many foods (dairy,egg, beef, nuts and peanut, peas and lentils) and Chris managed to help us out ☺️ We loved the strawberry cream, so yum!!!

As someone with special dietary requirements, finding a good gluten-free and dairy-free cake that’s both tasty and not overloaded with sugar has always been a challenge around Perth. After doing some research, I came across Chris’s Kitchen and decided to give it a try—I ordered two of their small-sized birthday cakes.These gf and vegan cakes were extremely delicious! I’m so happy to have found Chris’s Kitchen and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality, tasty cakes south of the river.

Chris made us the most beautiful gender reveal cake! It looked amazing and tasted lovely too, we opted for the vanilla almond flavour (taste was similar to a carrot cake flavour minus the carrot and cinnamon spices). Chris was also very easy to communicate with and always prompt to respond to emails. Would highly recommend!

Not only did they taste incredible but the service was quick, easy, and affordable – considering how overly priced these kind of sweets can sometimes be. When I saw that Chris' Kitchen didn't have a 5-star average (it's close - 4.8), I couldn't believe it. The quality and presentation of the products here is absolutely outstanding. I was so dumbstruck by the fact that there were imperfect reviews that I took the time to review several of them. They give me the impression that they are either fake (e.g., low reviews without any basis provided) or the basis for the imperfect review doesn't really warrant a low review in my judgment (e.g., a limited range of coffee sizes). In my experience, Chris' products are beyond outstanding. In terms of price, they might be (slightly) more expensive than one would find certain places elsewhere, but there's also no comparison between the products: premium, whole food ingredients are never going to be as cheap as refined, processed rubbish. I'm torn in leaving this perfect review -- on the one hand, I don't mind if other people leave poor reviews so that I have never have trouble getting Chris' products. On the other hand, this is one of the few outstanding food establishments and producers in Western Australia (it's #1 in my book), and we should treasure and support them.
