Description
This birthday cake has a soft texture, it’s sweet and chocolaty and is a perfect choice for kids birthday parties. You can choose your sponge cake flavor between vanilla and chocolate. The filling is sweet, soft and creamy and it is made with vanilla buttercream and house made strawberry jam filling. The buttercream frosting is made with vegan butter, icing sugar and vanilla and it comes in a soft pink, purple and turqoise ombre effect.
This cake comes decorated with a wave effect, fondant mermaid tails, seashells, seahorses and seagrass in multiple colours (pink, purple and yellow), and sprinkles. Optional: you can add a Happy Birthday cake topper.
This cake comes in two sizes, as a 2 layer (pictured) or a 3 layer cake. Please read below with regards to the number of servings for each cake size.
- Approximately 6’’ (2 layer) or 9″ tall (3 layer)
- Fondant mermaid decorations included
- 2 layer would yield 22 coffee servings (1″x1″ cut) or 12 dessert servings (1.5″x1″ cut)
- 3 layer would yield 30 coffee servings (1″x1″ cut) or 20 dessert servings (1.5″x1″ cut)
