The flavours of the four layers in this cake include vanilla, maple and chocolate, with hints of caramel. The cake is light in flavour, yet chocolaty and rich and it has a creamy, soft texture. Two of the layers are filled with gooey choc almond cookie crumble. The cake is decorated with a mix of chocolate and toffee drizzles. Among the edible decorations you may find macadamia tahini fudge bars, chocolate mousse bars, dark chocolate bars, caramel bliss balls and other fudgy pieces.
This cake is rich and sweet, it is 20cm in diameter, 16cm tall and it serves 34-38.
