This is a raw cheesecake type of cake and it has a delicate salted caramel flavour, with coconut cream and maple syrup. It has a very creamy, soft and indulgent texture and light vanilla tones. It is decorated with toffee sauce, candied pecans, piped caramel and roasted hazelnuts.
