Description
This is a raw cheesecake type of cake and it tastes as colourful as it looks. It is made with blackcurrants and a makrut lime infusion and it has a pronounced dark berry flavor, which pairs beautifully with maple syrup. The texture is soft and creamy and it is decorated with elegant seasonal flowers.
