This little ebook is a labour of love. Drawing inspiration from my unique background and heritage, and combining that with Australian traditions (and climate!) I recreated traditional foods from both countries and transformed them into a plant based feast.
Among the recipes you will find are a beautiful mushroom pate, two types of stuffed mushrooms, vibrant and colourful salads, a braided potato pie, a gorgeous beetroot terrine with whipped feta, a whole roasted cauliflower, a hearty loaf, as well as a wholesome take on a Christmas cake served with brandy infused plum jam. To name just a few.
The recipes reflect my belief that wholesome, plant based foods should and can be flavourful, fun and easy to prepare.
What we eat matters as much as how we eat and, with that in mind, I hope that my food will bring you joy.
