Description
This is a raw cheesecake type of cake and the flavours of the layers include vanilla, maple and chocolate, with hints of caramel. The cake is light in flavour, yet chocolaty and rich and it has a creamy, soft texture. The cake is decorated with raw ‘oreos’, house made hazelnut chocolate sauce, chocolate drizzles, hazelnut crumble and chocolate shavings.
