Description
This is a raw cheesecake type of cake and it is made with organic, fair trade coffee, sourced directly from the Asprounion cooperative. The cooperative is made of small-scale farmers and coffee producers in Southern Colombia and it strives to ensure improvements in the quality of life of the 273 associated families. We paired this beautiful single origin coffee with hints of vanilla and cacao, to create a beautifully rich, soft and creamy celebration cake.
