This is a raw cheesecake type of cake and it tastes as fresh as it looks. It is made with pure peppermint oil and premium matcha powder and it has a smooth minty sweet flavour, with white chocolate notes and nutty, grassy undertones. The texture is soft and creamy and it is decorated with white chocolate cream, a macadamia nut and Moroccan mint.
