What do you mean Raw? As in, not cooked? Do I have to cook it at home? Is it finished? Can I eat it? Raw cakes and raw desserts are generally desserts made from a blend of nuts, seeds, coconut and cacao products, fresh and dried fruit, natural sweeteners such as maple syrup, plant based milks such as almond or coconut, powdered superfoods and spices.

I've been making my chocolate treats for many years now and I love them. I love the fact that I can whip up something quickly, with ingredients from the pantry, and I also love that I can choose to make them as sweet or less sweet as I feel on the day.

As we discussed in our last blog post, a healthy plant-based lifestyle relies heavily on whole or minimally processed vegetables and fruits, as well as nuts, seeds, legumes and wholegrains — anything and everything that is a plant or that grows on a plant. People following a plant-based diet are not necessarily following a vegan or vegetarian diet, it simply just means that they are proportionately choosing more of their foods from plant sources.

We’re excited to announce that we’re growing and we’re rebranding! This year has been hard for small Western Australian businesses, ours included. In February we were expanding our cake production to Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia.

Yes, you heard that right and you heard it first – we are now supplying beautiful, gourmet, vegan pizzas throughout Perth! Our pizzas come frozen, ready to bake at home, at your convenience, to be enjoyed fresh and hot. At the moment, we have two flavors to choose from. A classic Mediterranean pizza with caramelised onion, capsicum, corn, mushrooms, kalamata olives and house made parmesan. And a buffalo chickpea pizza with house made ranch sauce, spinach and vegan cheddar.
